Emily Blunt has revealed that she has enrolled in intense dance lessons in preparation for her latest film.
The Young Victoria actress, who plays a ballerina in new film The Adjustment Bureau alongside Matt Damon, said that the role will be a new challenge for her.
Blunt told the Herald Sun: “I’m going to dance boot camp. I’ll never be at the same standard as a professional, but hopefully I’ll be able to do a little bit. I didn’t do ballet when I was a child. I gave it up in some sort of bratty rage, claiming it hurt my feet.”
The movie is a sci-fi thriller which sees a congressman’s life transformed by Blunt’s dancer character. Filming is scheduled to start later this year.
